County of Jefferson
Nancy Pepper being by me duly sworn upon her oath, says that, to the best
of her knowledge and belief, the names of heirs of Robert Pepper, deceased,
are Hamion (?) and Joseph Pepper and the affiant that said Robert Pepper
died without a will; that she will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully
administer all, the estate of the said Robert Pepper and pay the debts, as
far as the assets will extend, and the law direct, and account for the pay
all assets which shall come to her possession or knowledge.
Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 16th day of April AD 1869.

of her knowledge and belief, the names of the hires of Vespasian Pepper,
deced, are Sarah A. Hendrickson, Elizabeth Daudy (?), Joseph Pepper, James
Pepper,
Levi (?) Pepper....that said Vespasian Pepper died without a will......
