These scans were made of some old photocopied pages loaned to me by my aunt. I'm not sure who the source of the photocopies was, nor who might currently be in possession of the Bible, if it still exists. The title page was not photocopied and included with these pages, so the original publish date of the Bible is unknown. Presumably the Bible belonged to William J. Sudberry and his wife Sarah J. Wallace.
