Census Records of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania 1790-1850
These census records have been gathered from the microfilms
in the National Archives in New York City and from sources on
the Internet. I am particularly indebted to the Westmoreland County
Genealogy Project for the 1850 census. I make no claim for completeness.
The complete transcription of the Derry Township records made
many more McGuire's than were indexed for the 1850 census. Additions

Mrs. Jane McGuire was the wife of Barnabus (Bernard) McGuire.
The younger children in the home must be grandchildren. She died
June 26, 1835 in the village of New Derry.
