OCS CLASS 58B 2006 REUNION
Fellow Classmates;
For those of you who were unable to attend our reunion in Orlando,
Florida last year, you missed a truly memorable experience. We
missed all of you and as we start planning for the next reunion we
would hope that as many as can will be able to participate in that
planning process. It may seem a bit early to start now, but I feel
it is never too early to get things off and running.
In Orlando, I volunteered to begin the coordination for the next one
and I have already been offered help for which I am extremely
grateful.
I have already compiled a list of our classmates who have e-mail
addresses and have sent them an invitation to help get us moving. I
have already received 32 responses and I am now trying to reach
those who do not have an e-mail address, or to those whose e-mail
address was not accurate.
Initially, we need only to determine "where and when". This is where
I would like to hear from the class for recommendations and
suggestions. Where do you think we should go, and why. When would be
the best time, and why.
I believe that since we have had two in San Antonio and one on the
East Coast it will only be fair that the next one be in the West. In
Orlando, the majority there felt that we should seriously consider
Las Vegas, Nevada due to the availability of rooms, entertainment,
air transportation in and out, etc. We will certainly consider other
venues. I would like to hear from as many as possible. For those who
have a valid email address, please forward it to me and we can use
that medium to communicate.
This will not obligate anyone or incur any commitment at this time.
We need only to get the when and where down early. Please give me
your opinion. It does count.
