"Sir, the Wing is formed". These words, at the Change of
Command Parade, mean the beginning of the end. We stand on the threshold of
graduation, our dreams before us.
We proudly presented our honored positions to the ladies and gentlemen of the new
first class. In so doing, we felt with pride that our mission was successful.
The Graduation Ball ended the day's activities with a joyous note. It was
truly a day to be long remembered.
