From time to time I re-visit
some of my "Military" files, including OCS Class 58-B.
Today I prematurely "dumped"
the file I had on Ronald W. Clark and Robert C Brown.
So, I did some more nosing around at the Ancestry.com
website.
As regards Ronald W
Clark, I have generally worked on the
assumption that he was born circa 1931. At some point I
was informed that Ronald W Clark had grown up in the
boyhood hometown of the Van Dykes....Jerry and Dick.
Some research led me to discovered that Jerry Van Dyke
was also born circa 1931....in fact, he was born July
27, 1931 in Danville, Illinois.
Older brother Dick, who
was born in 1925 in Missouri, was raised in Danville, IL
.
Since Ronald W Clark was
from Illinois and his HOR was South Pasadena, CA, I
suspect that the following data applies to your "lost"
classmate. If you have SSNs for your classmates, check
it out!!!
