Israel PHILBROOK⁶⁶¹ was born on 30 April 1797 in Hardwick, Caledonia, Vermont.⁶⁶¹ [Chapman says 3 April] He died on 20 November 1860 at the age of 63 in Wolcott, Lamoille, Vermont.⁶⁶¹ The VT VR says he was 64 yrs. 7 mo. which, if correct, makes either his DOB or DOD wrong. Chapman says his DOD was 19 Nov 1865. He died on 19 November 1865 at the age of 68.¹⁴

Israel PHILBROOK and Sarah CARTER were married.¹⁴ Sarah CARTER⁶⁶² was born about 1803.²⁴³ She died on 31 March 1853 at the age of 50 in Morristown, Lamoille, Vermont.⁶⁶¹
