For $300.00 Mr. Lewis sold "a certain farm in Sangerville and being the same premises formerly occupied by the late Alpheus Grant and now occupied by the said Philbrick, known as lot number two in the ninth range of lots in said Sangerville." This was dated September 20, 1864.

Died Oct. 4, 1869 AE. 5 yrs. 3 mos. 9 ds. AUTY A. Died Oct. 3, 1869 AE. 33 yrs. 7 mos. 5 ds. Children of Greenlief & Albina S. Philbrick The gracious Savior kindly said "Let little children come," no tears of anguish then we'll shed For he was bidden home."
