There are now unexplainable loud noises, lights that work by themselves, and other strange occurrences. The identity of the spirit has never been identified, though the Keri's suspect a member of the Philbrick family is still at home. The address of 47 Depot Road matches Census information for Charles in 1920; however, in the 1910 Census his wife is listed as "Grace S." not "Eva." Eva apparently is his 2nd Wife as she is living in 1930 having married Charles 8 years earlier. Perhaps the "ghost" is of "Grace S." if indeed Charles' wife died in 1920. Eva then comes along in 1922. Laura, Charles' mother is living with him in the 1920 Census. Both are listed as "wd" for widow/widower. Robert W. Philbrook, PPFA Charles L.
