William Butler PHILBRICK and Phebe BELL were married on 5 April 1836 in Windsor, Windsor, Vermont.⁶⁶² Phebe BELL⁶⁶², daughter of William BELL and Mehitable PHILBRICK, was born on 10 July 1808 in Lunenburg, Essex, Vermont.⁹³¹
