She was born March 20, 1919, in Rangeley a daughter of the late Otto L. and Margaret T. (Welch) Wilbur. She was a graduate of Rangeley High School and lifelong member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Rangeley.On Oct. 20, 1982 she married Charlie A. Stevens in Rangeley. Mrs. Stevens retired from the Rangeley Regional School in June of 1984 where she worked as cook, and for many years she cooked at Camp Waya-Awi. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Rangeley, Catholic Women's Club, and the Senior Citizens in Rangeley. She loved cooking, playing golf and shopping.Mrs. Stevens is survived by three daughters, Sherralyn D. Simpson and her husband David of Stratton, Pamela J. Gorman of Bedford, N.H., Margaret L. Mann and her husband Benny of Mexico; son, Lemuel H.
