10698. Edwin Ruthwin "Ned" PHILBROOK was born on 19 January 1871 in Waterford, Dakota, Minnesota. He died on 15 October 1937 at the age of 66.

Edwin Ruthwin "Ned" PHILBROOK and Iva Ann TODD were married. The family lived on a teritorial land claim from 1881 to 1909. Statehood arrived in 1889. Edwin, Iva, and several children, made two journeys to upstate NY before finally staying. Edwin's sister, Gertrude, and Iva's brother, Robbie TODD, settled in Groton, NY. The two couples children were double cousins and great friends for many years.

Iva Ann TODD, daughter of Isaac TODD and Martha HOUSTON, was born on 14 October 1870 in Alexandria, Douglas, Minnesota. She died on 29 January 1944 at the age of 73.
