JAMESTOWN, Pa. - Forrest W. Philbrick, 79, 612 Delaware St., died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, at UPMC Horizon in Greenville, Pa.

He was born Dec. 3, 1932, in Middlefield, the son of Elmer and Leona Scott Philbrick.

He was the owner of Philbrick Lumber.

Mr. Philbrick is survived by two sons, Randy Philbrick and David Philbrick, both of Jamestown; a daughter, Candy Tricker of Middleburg, Fla.; two sisters, Elsie Durst of Johnston and Naomi Kloboves of West Farmington; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Bond Philbrick, a sister and two brothers.

There are no visitations or services. Cremation will take place.

Randall Funeral Home, Jamestown, is in charge of arrangements.
