He had been a resident of Brewer the past two years and was employed by Clanbro Corp. He was a member of the Universalist Church of Augusta and the Windsor Fair Association. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Eulalia French, and step-father, J. Ellery French of Burlington, Mass.; his wife, Dorothy Gray Philbrick; one son, David J.; two daughters, Diane Jean and Deborah Joyce, all of Brewer; two stepsons, Ronald E. Spencer and Robin L. Spencer; one step-daughter, Cindy M. Spencer, all of Brewer; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at 15 Flagg St., Augusta. Burial will be at Pinegrove Cemetery, Belgrade. Harrison Clarke PHILBRICK and Shirley Yvonne COLLINS were married on 19 June 1954 in Maine.1945,3243 He was of Augusta and she was of Gardiner.
