MINNEAPOLIS -- Brian M. Philbrick, 40, of North Minneapolis, formerly of Wareham, Mass., died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000, at home. Born in Wareham, the son of Donna M. (Benson) Perry of Wareham and the late Alvin W. Philbrick and stepson of Charles H. Perry Jr. of Wareham, he lived in Minnesota for several years. Mr. Philbrick was formerly employed as a carpenter for Sharing and Caring Hands in Minneapolis. He enjoyed volunteering his time working at soup kitchens. Survivors include his mother and stepfather; three brothers, Alvin W. Philbrick Jr. of Monson, Mass., George P. Philbrick of Anchorage, Ala., and Lucas B. Philbrick of W. Wareham, Mass.; a sister, Karen A. Philbrick of Wareham; a nephew, Jason M. Philbrick of Waite, Maine; and a niece, Angela M. Philbrick of Waite. His memorial service will be at noon Monday, Jan. 22, 2001, in the Zion Evangelical Church in Wareham. Burial will be private in Sagamore Cemetery, Bourne, Mass. Arrangements are by the Stott, Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Route 28), Wareham.
