He had also lived in Nashua. He was the husband of Joyce (Manzo) Philbrook, to whom he had been married for 26 years. He was the widower of Nellie (Lefebrve) Philbrook, who died March 17, 1975. Mr. Philbrook was educated in Milford. He worked for IGA stores as a store manager in the Nashua, Hudson and Merrimack area for 37 years. Mr. Philbrook was an Army veteran of World War II, having served as a rifleman with the 78th Amphibian Tank Company from March 1943 through September 1946. He received the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal and the Purple Heart. He was a member of the American Legion Post 59 in Hillsboro. At one time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Besides his wife, survivors include six daughters, Sharon Sanders of Milford, Cynthia Duhamel, Susan Rollins, Deborah Philbrook, Shirley Philbrook and Candice Chase, all of Nashua; five sons, David Philbrook of Windham, Donald Philbrook and Ronald Philbrook, both of Nashua, Danny Philbrook of Walnut, Calif., and Christopher Philbrook of Henniker; a brother, Richard Philbrook of Plainville, Mass.; a sister, Georgianna Luba of Nashua; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Davis Funeral Home in Nashua is in charge of arrangements. Arthur Clyde PHILBROOK and Nellie Erdine LEFEBRVE were married on 30 June 1946 in Nashua, Hillsborough, New Hampshire.119,1795 Nellie Erdine LEFEBRVE, daughter of J.
