RUMFORD - Urfred J. Tucker, 84, died Thursday [July 12, 1990] at Rumford
Community Hospital, where she had been a patient for 10 days. For the last four
years she had resided at Victoria Village in Canton. She formerly was of East
Andover, where she had lived most of her life.

Born in Andover on April 7, 1906 she was the daughter of Sidney and Minnie
McMillan Philbrick. She attended Prince Edward Island schools.
She was married in Dixfield on April 6,1931, to Linwood Tucker. He died in
Rumford on April 27,1985.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Darlene) Hall of East Andover,
six grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

At the family's request, there are no public calling hours, but friends are
invited to attend the graveside service at 1 p.m., Saturday, at Woodlawn
Cemetery at Andover with Rev. Donald Grover officiating. Arrangements are under
the direction of Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.

Urfred J. PHILBRICK and Linwood E. TUCKER were married on 6 April 1931 in Dixfield, Oxford, Maine.^1229,2503 She was of Andover and he was of Dixfield.

Linwood E. TUCKER was born about 1907 in Maine.¹²²⁹

He died on 27 April 1985 at the age of 78 in Rumford, Oxford, Maine.¹²²⁹
