Simon came to Hampton, New Hampshire from Rye in 1832. He lived with Mr. Thomas Lane, who taught him his trade. After his marriage to Mary E. (TARLTON) TOWLE, he settled on a part of Mr. Lane's homestead in the east part of the town.

Simon Lamprey JENNESS and Mary E. TARLTON TOWLE were married.¹¹⁹³ She was the widow of Simon F. TOWLE. Mary E. TARLTON TOWLE¹¹⁹³, daughter of Samuel TARLTON, was born (date unknown).
