"One of the early settlers was Josiah Moulton, son of Richard Moulton of Hampton Falls, who married Hannah Thresher and came to Raymond about 1771, lived east of what was the village of Raymond on the road to Fremont where the Mouton Family now live. Among the children of Hannah Thresher and Josiah Moulton was Levi who followed his father on the homestead and has ever been among our most industrious and hard working farmers, a large land-holder, and for some years was the highest tax payer in town. Josiah's and Hannah's first child was Abigail born in 1773." -Fullerton's History written in 1875

Josiah MOULTON and Hannah THRASHER were married.⁷⁹ Hannah THRASHER, daughter of Henry THRASHER and Mary BROWN, was born on 2 June 1749 in Hampton Falls, Rockingham, New Hampshire.⁷⁹ She died on 4 September 1808 at the age of 59 in Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire.⁷⁹
