Georgianna BEAN was born on 16 February 1852 in East Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1459 She died on 8 August 1936 at the age of 84 in Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1459 She was 84 years old. She had long black hair, which her mother braided for her until she was old enough to do it herself. She loved flowers all of her life and always had a garden at her homes. When Georgianna was 19, her brother Frank brought home a young man named James E. Hunt who worked with him at the iron foundry. James and Georgianna courted and soon married. Georgianna BEAN and James E. HUNT were married on 26 October 1872 in Greenfield, Franklin, Massachusetts.1459 James E. HUNT, son of Phineas HUNT and Dolly BABB, was born in 1849 in Portsmouth, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1459 He died on 8 April 1881 at the age of 32 in Westbrook, Cumberland, Maine.1459 The work in the Boston iron foundries played out about 1879 and he moved his family to Westbrooke, Maine, where his mother Dolly Babb Hunt lived. There he found employment in a paper making mill. However, on 8 April 1881, a large bolt of paper broke loose from it's shakles, rolling directly toward him and crushing him to death. His young widow, Georgiana, was given $20 by the mill, as well as offered the free use of a small home for life. However, she had received $2, 000 insurance money, so she left Maine, returning to East Bridgewater, MA, where she bought a home and took in boarders. One of the boarders was Edwin Strang, whom she eventually married in 1886 and had two sons. Georgianna BEAN-20293 and James E. HUNT-20299 had the following children:
