Sanford PHILBROOK and Rosilla EVANS were married on 8 September 1842 in Granville, Putnam, Illinois.¹⁰²⁹ Rosilla EVANS¹⁰²⁹ was born on 17 February 1824. She died on 10 July 1891 at the age of 67.¹³⁴
