4401. John Baker WELCH was born on 2 May 1814 in Monmouth, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁹⁸⁷ He died on 4 March 1888 at the age of 73 in Oak Park, Cook, Illinois. Taken from the "Thompson Genealogy" by Rev. Charles N. Sennett

"John Baker Welch was a cabinet maker. In 1855, he moved to Lake Village, now Lakeport, N.H. In 1856 he moved to Janesville, Wisc. In 1872 moved to Vineland, N.J. He was a man of fine character; kind and loving in his ways."

Mary DAVIS was born on 28 April 1815 in Rockport, Essex, Massachusetts. She died on 27 February 1881 at the age of 65.
