Gene Davenport of Tyler, Texas, began publishing the Davenport Newsletter in 1979 and continued until 1994.  Many of the issues have been compiled and put into this 272 page searchable PDF file.

Robert was a very prolific contributor to the Davenport Index and he will be missed.
He died in a plane crash in July 2010 in Venice, California, at the young age of 60.
