CROPSEY Family
First Generation 1. Giles Burritt1 Cropsey was born in Rensselaer County, New York February 12, 1808. He died January 15, 1877 at 68 years of age. He married Lucina Leonard September 4, 1845. Lucina was born in Monroe County, New York January 29, 1808. She was the daughter of Johnathan Leonard and Persis Hincher. Lucina died May 19, 1884 at 76 years of age.
Giles Burritt Cropsey and Lucina Leonard had the following children:

3 ii. Persis Marie Cropsey was born March 13, 1850. She died July 28, 1850 at less than one year of age.
Second Generation 2. Franklin D.2 Cropsey (Giles Burritt1_) was born in Monroe County, New York October 17, 1846. He died August 28, 1913 in Kendall, Orleans County, New York, at 66 years of age. His body was interred in Murray, Orleans Co. New York, Transit Cemetery. Franklin married Ora Cupps December 25, 1872. Ora was born July 24, 1854. She was the daughter of Albert Cupps and Alura Amidon. Ora died December 28,1920 in Kendall, Orleans County, New York, at 66 years of age. Her body was interred in Murray, Orleans Co. New York, Transit Cemetery.
Franklin D. Cropsey and Ora Cupps had the following children:
4 i. MusettaCropsey3 was born in Orleans County, New York November 4, 1873. She died August 8, 1910 at 36 years of age.
5 ii. Alvira Cropsey was born in Orleans County, New York January 11, 1875. She died May 7, 1926 at 51 years of age.
+ 6 iii. Court Olcott Cropsey was born March 21, 1877.
7 iv. George Cropsey was born 1878.
+ 8 v. Fred B. Cropsey was born 1881.
Third Generation 6. Court Olcott3 Cropsey (Franklin D.2, Giles Burritt1_) was born March 21, 1877. Court died November 06,1954 at 77 years of age.1 His body was interred November,1954 in Albion, Orleans County, New York, Mt. Albion Cemetery. He married Louise R. Barker in Albion, Orleans County, New York, March 21, 1907. Louise was born 1877. She was the daughter of Henry Barker and unknown Sharping. Louise died June 21, 1950 in Albion, Orleans County, New York. Her body was interred June,1950 in Albion, Orleans County, New York, Mt. Albion Cemetery.

10 ii. Franklin B. Cropsey was born February 16, 1908. His body was interred February,1985 in Albion, Orleans County, New York, Mt. Albion Cemetery. He married Helen MacGregor. Helen was born in Johnson City, New York April 12, 1911. She was the daughter of Rob Roy MacGregor and Lillian Edith Klee. Helen died October 19, 2002 in Albion, Orleans County, New York, at 91 years of age..
8. Fred B.3 Cropsey (Franklin D.2, Giles Burritt1_) was born 1881. Fred died July 30, 1959. His body was interred 1959 in Murray, Orleans Co. New York, Sandy Creek Cemetery. married Florence Lillian Noble in Gaines, Orleans County, New York, November 28, 1906. Florence was born in Kendall, Orleans County, New York July 09, 1885. She was the daughter of William Noble and Euphemia Craig Watt.Florence died June 14,1980 in Rochester, Monroe County, New York, at 94 years of age. Her body was interred 1980 in Murray, Orleans Co. New York, Sandy Creek Cemetery. P O

He died June 16, 1990 in Rochester, Monroe County, New York, at 78 years of age. He married Helen V. Clark July 3, 1938. Helen was born January 21, 1916. She died July 3, 1989 at 73 years of age. O
