Isaac Parker Born: Unknown. Died: 2 Jun 1817 in Hartley Twp., Union Co., PA. Brother: Jonathan Parker entered service 1 Jan 1777 in the Revolutionary War as a captain of a company in Col. Charles Webb's 2nd CT Regiment. [Source: 3 Apr 1856 affidavit of John Parker, son of Isaac & Susannah (Miller) Parker.] [Note: This Capt. Jonathan Parker is almost certainly Capt. Jonathan4 (Nehemiah3, Daniel2, Robert1) Parker, born 26 Apr 1736 at Willington, Tolland Co., CT, and resided there and later at Windsor, Ashtabula Co., OH. Capt. Jonathan4 Parker received a commission as captain 1 Jan 1777 and served in Col. Charles Webb's and Col. Isaac Sherman's CT Regiment. His father, Nehemiah3 Parker, did not have any sons named Isaac.] Parents: John Parker, of Watertown, Litchfield Co., CT, where he was "a man of much property in his possession at that place." Jonathan Parker was a brother of Isaac Parker, one might be somewhat pessimistic that a John Parker was the father of Isaac Parker. However, one would could also give some weight to an assertion that a grandfather's name would be known.] Married: 25 Jul 1798 in Hartley Twp., Union Co., PA at the home of the father of the bride by George Youngman, Justice of the Peace, Susannah MILLER, b circa 1779, living (age 75) 19 Aug 1854 in Mifflin Co., PA. Her brother Peter Miller m Mary --?--. Rev War: Served as a sergeant in Col. Return J. Meigs' 6th CT Regiment. Resided: Of Watertown, CT, where on 4 Apr 1777 he entered Revolutionary War service; and of Hartley Twp., PA. Children of Isaac & Susannah (Miller)
