MISSING HEIRS


On June 1 1987 I recieved a letter that didn't pertain to my FEIST family but Ive kept it in my files.I thought it might help someone if I put it on my website. HEY!!You could be the Missing Heir!Good Luck!!

RE:INHERITANCE MATTER IN PROBATE COURT PERTAINING TO THE SURNAME OF F E I S T . -----------

   This office is researching an estate matter within probate court whereby we are attempting to locate the present whereabots of the blood relatives of Frances Feist.If these relatives are found,they would be legally entitled to share in the distribution of this estate.If the legal heirs of Francis Feist are not ascertained,whatever monies that are in the estate may be deposited with the State Treasury.


Francis FEIST was born June 1877 in New York City.About 1896 she married Gustave Adoph Weidhaas in Manhattan,New York.During 1900 they resided at 140 Edgecomb Ave,Manhattan,NY.During the early 1930's Mr Weidhaas owned and operated the Weidhaas Studios located at 538 West 29th St.Manhattan,NY.Frances Feist and her husband,Gustave Weidhaas are alledged to have adopted a baby boy about 1909.Frances Feist Weidhaas died about 20 years ago and was buried in the Woodlawn Cemetary,Bonx NY.


Frances Feist is alledged to have had several brothers and sisters.A brother,Joseph Feist was born about 1870 and had a daughter,Cecelia Feist born June 9, 1894.Another brother,Stephen Feist was married to a Hilda and owned and operated a grocery store in the Bronx,NY.The sisters of Frances Feist were Minnie and Tillie Feist.
