I, Winnie Ann Henderson of Chatham county, state aforesaid,
being of sound mind and disposing memory, but considering the un-
certainty of my earthly existence, do make this my last, will and
testament, in manner and form as follows:
I. My executor hereinafter named Shall give my body a
respec-
tabel burial, suitab1e to the wishes of my friends and relatives,
and shall pay all my just debts, if any be due at the time of my
death, and pay all funeral expenses out of the first moneys coming
into their hands belonging to my estate, and they shall erect an
appropriate stone to my grave
II. I give and devise to my daughter, Mrs. Annie Fox, all the
land on the East side of the old Silk Hope-Gum Springs public road
in Chatham County, N. C. and being a part of my old home tract
III. I give and devise to my son, George Henderson all of my
land on the West side of the old Silk Hope-Gum Springs public road
in Chatham county, N. C.
IV. I give and bequeath all of my household and kitchen fur-
niture to my daughter, Mrs. Annie Fox & my son, George Henderson
to be divided equally between them.
V. I give and bequeath all the residue of my property, consist-
ing of personal property, to my children, Mrs. Fannie Clark, Mrs.
Ella Self, Mrs. Annie Fox and George Henderson, to share and share
alike, and it they cannot agree to a division of the same, then it
is my will and desire that my executor sell the same and divide the
money equally between them.
I hereby constitute and appoint C.B. Fox & George Henderson
my lawful executor to execute this my last will and testament, and
every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly
void all wills heretofore made by me.
In testimony whereof, I, the said Winnie Ann Henderson have
hereunto set my hand and seal, this 14th. of March 1924.

Ann Henderson to be here last will and testament, in the presence
of us, who, at her request, and in her presence, and in the presence
