This page is a memorial to a real hero, not to just our own family, but to the entire United States. The story of Dave's participation in the Doolittle Raid, his military records and photographs will be uploaded as completed. As Designated Historian of our family, I consider it an honor to create this memorial to recognize Dave's heroism and that of the men with whom he served.
This page is also dedicated to Dave's great-nieces and great-nephews - Anne-Marie Rousseau, Vincent Rousseau, Trevor Stewart, Stephanie Rousseau, Lance Stewart, Sarah Stewart, Liberty Perry and Jaggar Gestson, and to all of "the next generation" - they need to know, and they have to remember...
On a personal note, it was Dave who started me out with computers. When he upgraded his computer system, he gave me his old Commodore C-64, and helped me by telephone to get through those first few months of "newbie-hood".
We spoke often over the years about computers and he was perhaps one of the few family members who understood my "little addiction"...
