 Descendants of Americus Jerome McMahan and Anna Maria Hood

The family was from Grandview Twp, Washington Co. His occupation was "farmer". A.J.  and Anna are buried in the Center Valley Cem. in Washington Co. Ohio. We have A. J. and Anna's marriage license, their family bible, Ethel McMahan's obit. , Florance Henderson's birth certificate, and  a short article on Mother's Day 1939. The information back to William McMahan comes from the article on Charles F. McMahan in the book "Washington County, Ohio to 1980 (a collection of topical and family sketches)" by the Washington County Historical Society. I've made a list of the titles of the sketches.

Anna's parents were Emily Jones and Hezekiah Hood. She was born in Grandview Township, Washington Co., Ohio.
