Germanna Colonies of Virginia 1714-1717
One of the best references for information on the Germanna Colonies are John Blankenbaker's Germanna Notes which can be found at

Their are references to the Harnsberger Family in Notes 82, 100, 106, 113, 294, 295 296.
There are over 600 notes in this series with much information about the first and second colonies.
The Harnsbergers have been identified as members of the second colony arriving in Virginia in 1717.
