I William Moore of the District of Abbeville and State of South Carolina Being weak of Body but of Sound and disposing Memory and Mind Retaining all my Mental Faculties blessed be God do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to Say I give my Soul to God from whence it came and my Body to be interred at the discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned. Imprimis I give -- Devise and Bequeath unto my beloved Nephew John Moore Commonly know by the Name of Little River John Moore All that Plantation whereon he now resides known by the Name of Little River Plantation now in my Actual possession together with the two Negroes which Dwells thereon Named Bradock and Jack likewise all and singular the Horses Cows Hogs and Stock of every knid that may be found thereon at the Time of my Decease. Also the Crop that now grows thereon together with the Farming uttensils to enure to him the Said John. Also I give and Bequeath my Negroe Boy Named Bob to my beloved Cousin Elijah Moore now living on Vans Creek in the County of Elbert and State of Georgia Son to my beloved Nephew John Moore -- Also I give and Bequeath my Negroe Fellow Named John to my beloved Nephew Lewis Moore of the State of South Carolina and District of Abbeville aforesaid. Also whatsoever ready Money I may Die - possessed of I give and Bequeath to my Dear Sister Mary McAlpin Otherwise Moore together with all Bonds Notes or open Accounts that may hereafter be Recovered to inure to her the Said Mary her own proper use and Behoaf. Also I give and Devise the Plantation whereon I now live District and State aforsaid to my beloved Nephew James Moore Son to Joseph Moore now living on Vans Creek in the State of Georgia. Also I do hereby derive and allow after all my Just Debts and funeral Charges are paid that all and Singular my Stock of Horses Cows Hogs and other personal Property that may be found on the Plantation whereon I now Dwell together with whatever the Crop and every parcell thereof that may be found after my decease to be sold for ready Money and the mount of Such Sale to be equally divided between Moses Moore and Albert Moore Sons to Joseph Moore living on Vans Creek District of Elbert and State of Georgia aforesaid. Also it is hereby my desire that my two Lots which I now hold in the Town of Petersburg in the State of Georgia together with the Grants thereof be distributed in manner following the is to Say Lot Number Seventy five to Joel Lockhart and to Mary Lockhart Number Sixty Seven. Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Beloved and trusty friend Solomon McAlpin Also my Beloved Nephew John Moore Son to Joseph Moore And my trusty and beloved friend Reuben White to be Executors of this my last will and Testament.
