VAN'S CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH MINUTES, Elbert Co, GA

March 13th 1813 Met in conference and proceeded to business as 
follows:

1st  Took up the case of Bro Wood in reference from last meeting.
     Laid over til next meeting.  Ordered that the Bro R Burk and 
     John _____ cite him to attend and to inquire into this case.

2nd  Bro. John White and Bro. John Mercer have made satisfactory
     acknowledgement to each other for their prejudices, were
     restored to their offices again.

3rd  Opened a door for the reception of members and received by
     experience:  Fanny beloning to Mrs. Barnet, Dinah belonging
     to Philip, Lewis Jun and Sally Johnston wife of Wm Johnston.

4th  Bro. Lewis Moore applied for liberty to exercise the gift we 
     hope God give in him, and liberty was given him to exercise in 
     the boundry of the church.

The Church dismissed.
