STATE OF GEORGIA. This Indenture made the twenty-fifth day of October in the Year of ou Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty-five, and in the Ninth Year of the Independence of the United States of America. Between Isham Sharp of the County of Wilkes and State asses of the one Part and Joseph Moore of the state and County aforesaid of the other Part. Witnesseth that the said Isham Sharp for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Pounds Lawfull Money of the said State to him in hand well and truly paid by the said Joseph Moor at of before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, hath Granted bargained sold released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant, bargain sell release and Confirm unto the said Joseph Moor to his Heirs and Assigns -- All that Tract or Parcel of Land, Containing Three Hundred Acres situated and Lying on Vans Creek, Bounded South east by Ghomas Glascocks Land, on the North- east, by Robert Taylors Land, and on all other sides by Vacant Land. Together with all and Singular The Rights, Members and Appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract of Land Being Belonging or in anywise Appurtianing. And the Remainders Rovesions, Rents Assigns and Profits thereof and of every Part Thereof unto the said Joseph Moor to his Heirs, and assigns to the only Proper use Benefit and Behoof of the said Joseph Moor, his Heirs and Assigns forever, and the said Isham Sharp for himselp his Heirs, Executors and Administrators, Doth hereby Promise, Covenant, and agree tO and with the said Joseph Moore and his Heirs and Assigns -- for all that Tract of Land Containing Three hundred Acres Lying and Situate as aforesaid and the Premises aforesaid and every frart thereof unto the said Joseph Moor his Heirs and Assigns, and the said Isham Sharp agiangst all and every other Person and Persons, Whatsoever shall the said Isham Sharp hath Hereunto set his hadn and Seal the day and year first above written.
