Witnesseth that the said Daniel Ponder Executor of the Estate of Joseph Moore Decd. this day Exposed the sale a certain Lot of land lying in the County of Appling by Survey under an order of the Court Monroe County May Term 1833 as he the said John Pinkard became the highest bidder and said Lot of land was to him at one Dollar and the said som of one Dollar paid to the said Daniel Ponder as Executor aforesaid by the said John Pinkard the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and only these presents sell convey unto the said John Pinkard his heirs and assigns all that tract of land situate lying and being in the County of Appling at the time of Survey containing four hundred and Ninety Acres and known by the lot No 206 in the 6th Districk of said County of Appling at the time of surveying to have and to hold said tract or lot of land unto him the said John Pinkard his heirs and assigns with all and singular the rights members and to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoff forever in fee Ana the said Daniel Ponder Executor of Joseph Moore Deceased the said bargained is unto the said Pinkard his heirs and assigns and forever defend the assigns and title thereof against himself sd the Executor as aforesaid and the claims of all other persons whatever in witness whereof the said Daniel Ponder Executor as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above writter signed sealed and Delivered in presence of Solomon Cannady ) Daniel Ponder Malcom Johnson J.
