On application its ordered that letters testimentory and warrant of 
appraisment be granted to Thomas Lewis and Katherine Lewis on the 
estate of Phillip Lewis deceased

Ordered that Daniel Ponder be appointed guardian of Agnes M. Lewis a 
minor of Philip Lewis decd. and Allen McClendon and James Tremble 
became his security in the sum of two thousand dollars for the 
faithful discaharge of said duty.
