Death of J. K. Howell
 
Mr. J. K. Howell, aged about 64 years, living on his farm two miles south of Quinlan, died on
Thursday fternoon, March 11, from a complication of disease.  He had been in very delicate
 health for over three years.  Besides his wife, he leaves a number of children.  His remains 
 were buried in Odd Fellows cemetery Saturday afternoon.  Mr. Howell was a splendid citizen, 
 and hs passing away is a great loss to this community.
