Beatrice Howell
 
Beatrice Howell, 93, of Corsicana passed away 
Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001at Navarro Regional Hospital.
     Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
     
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Griffin-Roughton Chapel with the Rev. B.F. Risinger 
officiating assisted by Mrs. Howell's grandsons, the Rev. David Murphy and the 
Rev. Glyn Murphy. Interment will follow at Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery.
     
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
     
Mrs. Howell was born Oct. 11, 1908 in Nevada, Texas to 
John W. and Martha Jane Ross. She was a homemaker.
     
She was preceded in death by her husband, James K. Howell; and grandson,
 Michael Atkeisson; and parents.
     
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Truman and Millie Howell 
and James B. and Exa Howell, all of Corsicana, and Raymond and Martha 
owell of Waxahachie; daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Murphy, and 
Betty and Bobby Hicks, all of College Station, Mary and Raymond 
Paul of Corsicana, and Linda and Kent Wear of Garland; brother and sister-in-law, 
John Henry and  Elner Ross of armersville; 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren 
and seven great-great-grandchildren.
