Page 35 Ordered by the court that the following persons by Jurors to the next circuit court towit John Frame, etc. Page 47 A deed of conveyance from John Frame to James Morris for 70 acres of land was duly acknowledged in open court by the said John Frame to be his act and deed and ordered to be registered. Let it be registered. Page 164 A deed of Trust from John Turner to John Frame for the use and benefit of Sarah Lee for the property therein contained was duly acknowledged in open court by the said John Turner to be his act & deed whereupon it is ordered by the court to be certified for registraton. Let it be registered. Page 267 - November Term 1833 This day John Frame Esq came into open court and resigned his commission of Justice of the peace for Franklin Co which was received by the court. Page 567 Ordered by the Court that John Frame, Joseph Franklin, John Morris, Ned Morris, Chapman McDaniel be appointed a Jury of view to lay off and turn the road which leads to the boat yard commencing at Chapman McDaniel's fence and to intersect the same at Berryhill house and that they report to the next term of court.
