Being Some what indisposed in Body -- but of Perfect Mind and Memory thanks be Given unto God. --- ----------------------------------------------------- Culling to mind the Mortality of my Body knowing it is appointed for all men once to Die -- I do make and appoint or ordain this My LaSt Will and Teftament (Testament) Firft (First)of all I give and Reccomend My Soul into the hand of the Almighty God that Gave it me and my Body to the Earth to be intered Deacently at the Difcretion (discretion) of my Executors to be hereafter Named -- As touching my Worldly Eftate (Estate)I divife (divise)and difpofe (dispose)of the Same in the following manner Viz --firft (first)of all after my funeral Expences are paid I order all my Juft (just)debts to be Paid -- I. Will or Bequeath unto my Dear and Beloved Wife Elifabeth (Elizabeth)Dobbins the Land where on I Now Live with all my other Lands and Wich all My Personal EState I now PofSess (possess) - During her Natural Life or widowhood -- then at her Decease or Mariage -- I Will and Bequeath unto My Dearly Beloved Son James Dobbins Junr this plantation I now Live on to him his heirs and assigns (assigns) for Ever -- and the Brock horfe (horse) and Sadle bridle and two Cows and Caves two Ews and Lams and one Breeding Sow and two Grown hogs and a good Bed and furniture an ax hoe and Matock one plow and Geers -- then the Ballance of My Land that Lyes Joining Wm Hennery and John Dobbins with all My other property Not Mentioned above -- to be put to Publick Sail -- and the Moneys arifing (arising)therefrom With the money in hand or Notes if not Colected before the Death or Mariag of My wife Elizabeth Dobbins -- I will that it be Equally Divided in Seven Shares -- and I will and ordain -- that one full Share be Given to my Beloved Son Robert B Dobbins -- and also one full share to My Beloved son John Dobbins -- also one full Share to be given to My beloved Daughter Mary Morris also one full Share to be given to My Belovid Daughter Elizabeth Hillhouse also one full Share to My beloved Daughter Sarah Calaham also one full Share to be given to My Beloved Daugher Sarah Calaham also one full Share to be Given to My beloved Daughter Jean Liddle also one full Share to be Given to Beloved Son James Dobbins Junr -- Last of all I Constitute ordain and appoint My Son James Dobbins Junr and My Wife Elizabeth Dobbins -- as My Lawfull and Sole Executors and Executrix to this My Last will and teftament (testament)Revoking and Difanulling (disannulling)all and Every Will by Me made hereto - I do Ratify and Confirm this My Last will and testament Witnefs (witness) My hand and Seal this 11th Day of March Anno, Domini one thoufand Eight hundred and thirteen in the presence of us.
