I give divise and dispose of in the following manner & form. First I give and bequeath to Mourning my dearly beloved wife three hundred and ninety six Acres of kabd ub Elbert & Franklin Counties granted to Watkins also two feather beds & furniture & all my home furniture & one bay horse & grey mare all my cattle & hogs and cows & calves during her natural life & my children that ia underage have the privedige of continuance with her as now do free of expence. Secondly I give to Arche son one grey mare bridle & saddle & one cow & calf & hundred Acres of land where I now live granted to Robert Montgomery. The land bequethed to my wife at her death is to revert to Thomas, Jacob, Shadrick, John & Fred But the other property bequeathed to her, to be at her deposal, & to my daughter Eupharance I give one cow & one feather bed & furniture. It is also my will that my Just debts be paid out of the property I have willed and given to my wife. I do hereby constitute and make & appoint my son Shadrick Dean executro of this my last will & testament confirming this & this only to be my last will & testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this fifteenth day of May 1811.
