2. Dr. William² Murray (James¹) was born on 15 Jul 1708 at Scotland. He married Ann Smith, daughter of James Smith and Sarah Hynson, on 22 Jan 1740 at Chestertown, Kent Co., MD. He died on 13 Apr 1769 at Kent Co., MD, at age 60.
