on 12 Mar 1663/64; proved 8 Oct 1667.

     Elizabeth was baptized in 1593. She died 12mo 19 1663 at Hampton,
NH.

     He resided at Watertown, MA. He resided circa 1640 at Hampton,
NH.

     Ann died 8mo 20 1657; drowned.
     Known children of John Philbrook and Ann include:

                    son of Isaac Perkins and Susanna, 30 Dec 1669.

3.  Lt. James Philbrick (Thomas); baptized 2 Dec 1619 at Bures, 
Suffolk, England; m. Jane Roberts, daughter of Thomas Roberts; 1st 
wife; m. Ann Roberts, daughter of Thomas Roberts; 2nd wife; d. 16 
Nov 1674 at age 54; drowned.

French, daughter of Edward French and Ann, 7mo 22 1669; 2nd wife, 2nd
husband; d. 24 Nov 1700 at age 76.
     He resided circa 1651 at Hampton, NH.

     Ann Knapp died on 17 May 1667.

     He was a farmer.

     Mary Neal was born in 1674. She resided at Greenland, NH.

NH. He resided in 1728 at Arundel, York Co., ME. He resided at Saco,
ME. He resided in 1743 at Long Reach, ME; near Bath.

     Known children of Jonathan Philbrook and Elizabeth were as

Rev. Habijah Weld and Mary Fox, 1759; 2nd wife; d. 1801 at Clinton,
ME.
     He was a mariner. He resided at Boston, MA. He was a miller. He
resided circa 1761 at Gardner, ME. He resided at Clinton, ME.

     Mary Card died in 1753.
     Known children of Capt. Jonathan Philbrook and Mary Card were as

                 i. John Philbrook; b. 1750; d. at sea, unmarried.
                    He was a mariner.
                ii. Martha Philbrook; b. 1752; m. Samuel Francis.
                    She resided at Hallowell, ME. She resided at

     Dorothy Weld was born on 13 Dec 1731 at Attleboro, MA. She died
on 2 Feb 1810 at age 78.

                 v. Charles Philbrook; b. 8 May 1771 at Gardner, ME;
                    m. Betsey Johnson, daughter of Samuel Johnson, 28
                    Jan 1800 at Rowley, MA; d. 2 Nov 1834 at Winthrop,
                    ME, at age 63.
                    He was a farmer. He resided at Winthrop, ME.

8.  Thomas Weld Philbrook (Jonathan5, Jonathan4, William3, Thomas2,
ThomasPhilbrick); b. 9 May 1760 at Boston, MA; m. Abigail 
Mason, daughter of Noah Mason and Lydia Lancaster, 25 Aug
1782; d. 6 Aug 1814 at age 54; d. 2 Aug 1841 at Providence, RI, at age
81.
     He was a mariner. He was a private during Revolution. He and
Abigail Mason resided at Pomfret, CT. He and Abigail Mason resided at
Gardiner, ME. He and Abigail Mason resided at Providence, RI.

     Abigail Mason was born circa 1759. She died on 21 Feb 1850 at age
91. She resided at Providence, RI.
     Known children of Thomas Weld Philbrook and Abigail Mason were as

                    Washington Hoppin.

9.  Mary Kennedy Philbrook (Thomas6, Jonathan5, Jonathan4, William3,
Thomas2, ThomasPhilbrick); b. 1785; m. George Washington 
Hoppin, son of Col. Benjamin Hoppin and Anna Rawson, Sep
1801 at Providence, RI; d. 1 Feb 1881.
     She and George Washington Hoppin resided in 1850 at New Jersey.

     George Washington Hoppin was born on 19 Aug 1779 at Providence,
RI. He was a druggist. He resided at Providence, RI.
