He resided at 'Plain Hope', Gloucester Co., NJ. He resided at Gloucester Twp., Gloucester Co., NJ. He was a judge at Gloucester Co., NJ. He was a member of the Executive Council between 1718 and 1730 at New Jersey. He was sheriff of Gloucester Co in 1726. He left a will 2mo 7 1722; proved 23 Mar 1730.

7. Rebecca³ Hugg (Elias², John¹) married William Pattison; 1st husband; she married George Satterwaite 1727; 2nd husband; she married John Reeve 1741; 3rd husband.
William Pattison died in 1723 at at sea between Philadelphia & Bermuda. He resided at Burlington Co., NJ.

John Reeve resided at Philadelphia, PA.

8. Sarah³ Hugg (Elias², John¹) was born circa 1695; she married Phineas Buckley.
