Thomas Hancock, Jr was born on 1 Dec 1861 in Ruddle Moor, St Austell. He became a U.S. citizen on 13 Oct 1892 in Silver Bow County, Montana. He died on 1 Mar 1938 in Seattle, Washington and was buried on 5 Mar 1938 in Washington Memorial Park, Seattle. He was married to Bessie Stephens about 1889.
