McKaig Wants To Prove John Sr. Was Incapable Of Making A Valid Deed Or Contract In His Last Days Of Life. The Witnesses Testimonies John Sr. For The Last 10 To 15 Years Of His Life Had A Sore Leg In Which Jesse And His Children Helped John Sr. Out a lot. They Took A Real Interest In John Sr. And Was There For Him. Jacob And Samuel On The Other Hand Was Disowned By Their Father John Sr. For Their Getting Drunk And For Samuel Taking A Butcher Knife To John Sr. Cutting His Wrist On Monday 27 Of May 1833 John Tomlinson Sr. Signed Over $1,Oo0. In Notes To His Grandchildren. Witness Geo. McVicker Testified, John Died The Friday After That 31 May 1833, And That He Was There When He Died. John M Buchanon Testified John Sr. Was In His Upwards Of Ninety And He Thought He Died Early June 1833. In These Copes Witness Gave Reports Of The Night John Sr. Signed Over The Note , On His State Of Mind And Health And Of The Night He Died, Reason To Determine If He Was Mental Fit To Make A Valid Contract.
