The book gives me nothing else to go by so I am assuming this is the age. All information below, is from handed down word of mouth, and at this time is as near as we can come to sorting it out. This school is believed to have been orginally located, west of Qulin, near the Qulin cemetery. It was moved from the original site to a location further west of the original location; to be better located in the center of the school children. It is believed the children of Qulin, Melville and Oglesville area attended this school. A Mr. Deitz, donated the ground for this school, at which site we are not clear on this subject. It is also believed that it was located on the Gentzen farm, from which it got it's name. Also, the Odgen family, fits into the puzzle someplace, and we are searching for more information. If you have any documented information regarding this school, please send it to me Mary Hudson, mahud@fidnet.com. or Marilyn Vancil, Qulin Historical Society View a photograph of the School Building http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~mahudson/qulinday/qulinday.htm USE YOUR BROWSER BACK BUTTON TO RETURN TO THE WEB SITE
