Search System (Here's one of my all-time favorite sites --the Library Of Congress--
for books by American authors. --Just type in the surname your are looking for.
Adding the word "descendants" with the surname will narrow down the search.
Then hit return. Be sure to check what's on the "book shelf" and other books
by same author. The LOC has a unique way
shelving its books..so this is a venue for finding out if these are
yours...for instance, if you're seeking Blakeslee's from Conecticut, or
Mass. click the button for a bookshelf search, and you'll soon see
which books the library feels are related to that subject.)
