In April/May 1999, I exchanged emails with a Christine ([email protected]) about a reference she had made to a major Presbyterian church population which arrived in Jamaica in 1846. Assuming the date isn't a coincidence, this church may have useful records? See below, for excerpts of our emails. FYI. - Deb Kleber

"The Anglican Church, apparently, started their Mission around 1831, and were followed by the Wesleyans who remained until 1844. The Presbyterians arrived in 1846 and remained as the largest congregation."

"... the Presbyterian Church in Grand Cayman. As far as I know, they may still be the largest congregation there. They were part of the Presbyterian Church of Jamaica...""
