I only started in 1997.
The Critchfields & Tuckers are on my mothers side of the family, I've gotten a lot of their information through e-mail.
I found my mothers cousin, Dorothy Critchfield from some papers my mother gave me to start doing our family tree and was able to contact her through the Family Tree Maker web site. which led to a link to the Bonne Co., MO Genealogy site.
Also, Tom Thatcher [Critchfield] is also related & I have gotten information from him. Floyd H. Stracker has helped with information I then forwarded to Dorothy who then found the Tucker line I was looking for.
There has lot more people from the Genealogy mailing lists that have been a great help too.I have a great big THANK YOU for Cindy Colley who lives in Mexico, Audrain Co., Mo. Who in 8/1998 has broken my Carter/Dalbey [my mother is a Dalbey] brick wall. I've received a lot of help & information, she has found my mothers gggrandparents on her father & mothers side [Tucker/Dalbey/Carter].
1999 new researchers found that have been a great BIG help.
