Dennis, I got to the Library yesterday and was able to copy attached application.
The copy was very poor and hard to read . I think I got this mostly correct by using a magnifying glass.

My grandmother Sarah Nicholson nee Gunter had the following brothers an sisters who died without descent.
Nannie Shipley nee Gunter,
James Gunter,
Daniel McCoy Gunter and his wife nee Emma Williams,
John Gunter and Martha Gunter.
My grandmother Sarah Nicholson had a sister Nellie Beavert nee Gunter who was the mother of Harrm (sp?)
James, William, Catherine Hicks nee Beavert and Irene Hendricks nee Beavert all of whom died without descent
My grandmother Sarah Nicholson had a sister who married Rufus Coody and Madison Coody and had a daughter Jennie Ciidy who died without descent.
My great grandfather was Edward Gunter.
